First licensed in 1984 while attending Plymouth State College, “Maggie” has been a full time REALTOR since 1986. Her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Psychology has only enhanced her career in Real Estate. An avid goal setter herself, Maggie loves to take on the challenges Real Estate often affords while helping people clarify and reach their goals. Her passion stems from meeting people’s needs and assisting them in making significant changes in their lives. “Running my Real Estate office as a practice; as for example, a doctor, lawyer or dentist, affords me the opportunity to build long-term, meaningful relationships with my clients. Doesn’t it make sense to seek a trusted individual to represent us when we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars? In today’s world, people are more in need of a trusted confidant than ever. Born in New Hampshire and a lifelong resident of our beautiful state, Maggie resides in Gilmanton Iron Works, New Hampshire with her husband, Roger B. Emerson. They have two children. Daughter Juliana Locke Emerson and son, Ethan Locke Emerson.
